DirectX12 on this game is just broken. Use DirectX11, your VRAM usage will be lower, and these problems will disappear.

EA Sports WRC's performance is not exactly as expected, with low framerates even with high-end hardware. A simple settings adjustment can fix this, however.

IT BLOODY WELL FIXED IM RUNNING DX12 FFS!! Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods - Nope.
Just replying to myself, I fixed the issue! I guess it was a me being a tech idiot issue. I went to my Nvidia control panel and changed my preferred graphics processor to "High-performance NVIDIA processor", restarted my laptop and now my game is on DX11.
